•    Laki must maintain the confidentiality of beneficiary information and protect it from infringement by any means, and take all necessary measures to prevent access to, or disclosure of publishing or using it.
•    Laki may not disclose information unless such disclosure is permitted under a legal justification in accordance with the laws in force in the Kingdom, or based on the consent of the beneficiary outspoken, or written.
•    Laki must disclose its privacy policy, and must define the collection purposes and save beneficiaries’ information, and it is prohibited to use that information for purposes other than those disclosed.
•    Laki must preserve the content of the parcels and not allow unauthorized personals looking at it.
